Returns & Refunds Policy

 

1. Eligibility
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is:
   • Defective, damaged, or not as described;
   • In original, unused condition (where hygiene allows).
2. Non-Returnable Items
   • Opened medical supplies or prescription drugs (unless defective);
   • Personal or hygiene products that cannot be resold.

4. Refund Process
   After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are borne by FastMed only if the return is due to defect or error on our side.
